I. As was mentioned earlier we carry many more seafood dishes than any other Italian restaurant in the city.
II. We are one of the few Italian restaurants in the country that carry Chianina (Italian equivalent of Kobe/Wagyu beef) and Bisteca Fiorentina, which is also a very flavorful cut of steak. Both of which are directly imported from Italy.
III. We use authentic Italian ingredients in the preparation of our dishes so that the customer does not lose out on any of the flavors.
IV. We try to focus on what more the customer could want from a restaurant and one example of this is that for families, we offer a children’s playground in the back that will soon house a gelato (Italian ice-cream) station.
V. The pirate theme, which also indirectly represents our focus on seafood, completely decorates the restaurant. The attention to detail in the restaurant carries over even to how the knots on the second floor are tied in the same way they would be on a real ship. These decorations and theme are probably what sets us apart from other Italian restaurants to date.
